Catherine Mannheim trained as a jeweller at the Central School of Art and the Werkunstschule, Dusseldorf. She set up her first workshop in London in 1970. She was nominated a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and the City of London.

Her jewellery is in the collections of the Crafts Council, the V & A, The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and the West Midlands jewellery Collection “My inspiration comes from the poetic nature of flowers and plants and my response to the environment around me, and the materials I choose to use to create my jewellery.” Read more about her work for Collect
