Stephen Chambers R.A.Stephen Chambers R.A. is one of the most original painters of his generation. His work is characterised by highly distinctive imagery, seductively beautiful colour, and intricate pattern. Although at first sight many of Chambers’ works have a narrative quality, they intrigue rather than explain. Collections include V&A, Arts Council, Government Art Collection; solo exhibitions include Kettle’s Yard, Cambridge and Frissiras Museum, Athens.
