We are delighted to have a new group of work by Nicola Bealing that can be viewed by appointment. The Cornwall Artists Index describes Bealing’s “wit and skill … [as employing] the unexpected and unusual in her figurative and abstract work.”
Her works are highly imaginative and address psychological concerns. Even when painting aquatic, Cornish scenes that are “bold and painterly in their handling, the abstracting qualities of light and colour are not the override preoccupations of her work.”
In July Nicola Bealing’s exhibition Capital Crime was held at Matt’s Gallery, London.
