The imagery of Rogoyska’s tapestries is abstract and the colours exuberant. She uses traditional gobelin-style classical weaving in long-staple merino wool on cotton warp. She trained in Fine Art, latterly at the Royal College of Art London, where she chose weaving as her means of expression. She won scholarships to Aubusson, France; Warsaw Academy, Poland; and Nuremberg Gobelin Manufactur, Germany. Collections include V&A Museum, London; Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester; Crafts Council; Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto; Glaxo Wellcome; Fidelity International; Winton Capital Management Limited.
